My Story . . .
My psychology journey began at school I was always interested in philosophy and me and my best friend Jeanie used to run to listen to the lonely heart jingle everyday on the radio at break times. . . (at boarding school).
Always naturally interested in philosophy, biology, psychology and science .. neuroscience & psychology weren't options at school back in the 1980's.
Always studying people and life, I always felt exhilarated by life and very positive. From a broken family with a number or characters I found difficult to work out, puzzling out how two families could have such opposing values. How uncomfortable it was moving from one home & set of parents to the other. Situations arose that were unfair and unjust and I clocked this from a very early age but always felt grounded and wise, sure within myself of right and wrong, and grew resilient. This is why I choose a niche that mentions trauma via narcissism, ostracism and gaslighting and the effect they have on our neurobiology and why I am all knowing.
The pattern continues into later life we continue our same pattern unless one is aware of these subtle whispers one doesn't really notice and we live without boundaries until we are objectively aware. I have personal experience and understanding of how devastating this can be, the realisation of how our life reveals a pattern and how we are conditioned to our own normal. Often hidden in the subconscious but with a very real effect showing up in our life and states. My new found knowledge over the past decade in Psychology, Neuroscience Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Core Renewal Therapy (Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, Dialectical Behavioral Coaching, Existential Coaching and Hypnotherapy, & Holistic Modalities (Meditation (guided visualisations), Somatic Therapy (movement), Breathwork, Inner Child Work) puts me in a great position to help.
