HOLISTIC  MODALITIES 
Start a journal to document your growth  . .     set your personal intentions ..  what new things do you want to introduce into  our life . . . .  What do you need to let go of? Why is this chapter of your life so important to you  and to  the world?    Wholesome Approach - We are all individual, composed of different units to make a unique whole.  Our gender, traditions, culture, beliefs, all is connected and the interaction mind body soul and emotions all go hand in hand.  The emotions, and thoughts generate  and influence each other and subsequent actions both ways.  Healing happens at all levels through the power of awareness of mind body and soul.  Holistic healing focuses on inner work which can be uncomfortable.
I will stay connected with my own integrity and values ,with radical empathy and compassion I will support you, and be understanding, seek learn & gain better understanding with  the 3 pillars (mind, body, soul).  Non judgement, unconditional regard, empathetic, respectful, understanding, humble collaboration.  Personalised sessions that benefit you.   Spiritual based (not connected to a religion).  
Trauma informed care  . . if you present with trauma symptoms ..  I understand that it plays in a role in your life an d your interactions, rather than the trauma itself, I don't need to know the details.  I am not treating but providing support services if you have experience d trauma.  Trauma is challenging , this may help, I can support and help to keep you safe,  I can ask what happened to you (not for you) and then tailor the techniques and approaches  to  help and supplement, it may heal but it is our intention to help. , to take you on a journey of embodiment so  you can take a long lasting and safe processing journey integrating and healing  whatever is showing up and  transforming into your best version  and embodiment, which is powerful , bridging the gap between where you are to where you want to be.

THE WHEEL OF WELLNESS

ALFRED ADLER The father of individual psychology.  His model was based on seeing his clients as a whole.  Eight dimensions (similar to the wheel of life).  Considered the foundation of wellness, to gain awareness of interconnectedness, and how it contributes to  optimal living  and includes  spiritual, physical, emotional,  intellectual, social, environmental, occupational & financial .  
Physical .  . . i.e. sleep we can improve with Breathwork, or Meditation  . .   A discussion and a collaboration to improve each component.
Focus on weaknesses to go from where we are to where we want to be, and focus on strengths. Influences on your sense of self such as family and neighborhood  (local)/ education , religion and government (institutional) / politics, culture, environment, media , community (global) / ideas, beliefs, purpose, overall development (chronometrical).  Variables will impact you , and there are five  within the self which are Creative, Coping (realistic beliefs, coping with stress), Social, Essential  (self care, gender, cultural, sexual, spiritual) & Physical., all relating to self worth and how we approach  life.   The holistic hexagon  that brings everything together for boundaries, evaluation and planning; understanding sense of self, inspired action  and  reflection.

SOMATIC Therapy Movement to let go and surrender  trapped emotions, bring awareness to emotion and body.   Releasing emotions  through the process of movement as with Yoga..  Shifts energetically as the body holds emotions, which is the physical manifestation of your mind.  We release tension and bring our body back into harmony and balance.  Childhood stress or trauma that has happened in our lives  we hold the tension until it is released.  The body holds the information or keeps the score!  The body thinks that the tension is happening now and can't differentiate between past and present.  The lack of attunement can manifest or be held as fight of flight for example, PTSD, the nervous system reflects back to the present,  blockages might  be organ disfunction or muscle tension.
EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE / EFT TAPPING  Tapping the meridians. to release pain, limiting beliefs or stress, memories,  distressing or intrusive thoughts.  Energy points to release and realign the body through  the meridians to connect deeper and release emotion. 
INNER CHILD WORK , SHADOW WORK the unconscious mind, the ego.  The shadows are the parts that we hide, we recognise  and understand d the dark side of ourselves.  that society or ourselves deems as unacceptable. to help us become better.  We identify these parts to live a more balanced and fulfilled life by becoming familiar with them.

VISUALISATION MEDITATION  Bubble    A practice for the mind  to shift your attention from your own thoughts, typically to the breath, focusing within your body so you are not distracted by the chit chat of   'the monkey  mind''  being intentional  and conscious of what we are doing and be more mindful in everyday life to release any overwhelm  and  be responsive to the world and not reactive . 
CONCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHING  To release emotions and an altered state of consciousness.
Breathwork  techniques and patters help to calm down and bring clarity allows us to go deeper
and be more in tune with ourselves.  Breathing techniques to destress, bring inspiration into your life, connect to within  .  A powerful tool to positively alter the mind body and soul.

Breathwork = Yogic Breathing = Pranayama  Control of the breath, bringing balance and stability to the body.
COCOA CEREMONIES   A meditation  - plant medicine - subtle to create a better connection with higher self.  Teaching others to  open up and find the heart center  within themselves nd  find authentic self , peace, love and understanding.
